As one of the Guangdong enterprises supporting Xinjiang, GMC has been rooted in Xinjiang for 12 years, during which it has always adhered to the concept of state-owned industry supporting Xinjiang and given publicity to the construction of major projects, making efforts and contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of the place.

Recently, the 5^th Plenary Session of the 8^th CPC Toumchouq Municipal Committee, the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, proposed to expand the urban development space, upgrade the city’s energy level, shape the urban quality, highlight the urban culture, and enrich the urban industry, as a way to create an idyllic homeland with the harmonious development of urban and rural areas. Xinjiang Qiankun Group, a subsidiary of GMC, was responsible for the construction of the first tourism highway in Toumchouq of the Third Division, namely Hai'an Town Highway in the 49^th Regiment of Toumchouq of the Third Division. A beautiful highway integrating such exquisite landscapes as mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and deserts, it is an important part of the 4A-level Tangwangcheng Cultural Tourist Attraction and an important support for building a regional central city with the characteristics of Corps in the new era.

With a total length of 48.1 km, the highway is a sightseeing route starting from the Higher Education Area of Toumchouq of the Third Division, passing through Dabanshan Industrial Park, Baishashan Scenic Area, Xiaohaizi Reservoir, and Haishitu Scenic Area, and ending at the main road of the 49^th Regiment (Xingfu Avenue).
